Models Always Needed!
If you are interested in a high quality haircut and color at no cost, give us a call. Our requirements are that you are open and flexible to suggestions in regards to your hair. This is not an opportunity for a trim or touch up on your color. We offer this in regards to using live models for education or promotional needs. The more creative the better but this is not always necessary! We are looking for all types of hair : curly, straight, long, or short. When you reply please let us know if you are open to haircut, color, or both
Cancellations If you need to change or cancel your appointment we ask that you provide us with at least 24 hour notice to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as late cancellations leave spaces that cannot be filled for our hard-working stylists. If you are experiencing an emergency or special circumstance please let us know.
Late Arrivals Please inform us as soon as possible if you will be running late for your scheduled appointment. Clients who arrive later than 15 minutes may need to be rescheduled. Late arrivals cause your service time to run over and we would like to remain respectful of time and provide consistency to all of our clients.
Online Booking limitations Our online booking feature can only be used for appointments booked at least 48 hours in advance. If you would like schedule a same-day or next-day appointment please feel free to contact us at the salon as we are happy to assist you and may still have openings.
Service Not Listed If you do not see your desired service listed online please call or email us, as this service may require special considerations for timing and/or stylist consultation prior to booking. Note that bleach and tone, balayage (hair painting), creative color, and color correction appointments always require an in-salon consultation prior to booking.
Gratuity At Jungle Red we try to keep our prices affordable for our clients. However, credit card companies have recently increased their fees. In an effort to avoid price increases we ask that you please use cash or check whenever possible and we are no longer able to accept gratuity on credit cards. Gratuity may be included with a check payment and our stylists use Venmo as an alternative option to cash tipping. Justask the front desk for your stylist’s Venmo handle.
